Electrical and Machine Policy
Most beauty machines and tools are imported and manufactured outside India, primarily in China. Therefore, no warranty and no guarantee is provided unless specifically stated. Only 7 days replacement support is available for verified manufacturing defects. After this period, repair and parts replacement will be chargeable.
Pricing and Availability
All prices and product availability are subject to change without prior notice. Orders are confirmed only after payment is received. Sat Aesthetic reserves the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock issues, or technical problems.
Payments
Payments can be made via UPI, bank transfer, cards, or other available methods. Cash on Delivery may be available in limited cases. Sat Aesthetic is not responsible for payment gateway errors or transaction failures.
Shipping and Delivery
We offer pan-India and worldwide shipping. Delivery timelines and charges are shared at the time of order. Sat Aesthetic is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or unforeseen conditions. Customers should not accept damaged or tampered packages.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before processing. Once shipped or processed, cancellation is not allowed.
Refund and Returns
