At Sat Aesthetic, we are committed to providing genuine and professional-grade products. All products are sourced from trusted manufacturers and suppliers. Every product is checked before dispatch to ensure proper condition. However, Sat Aesthetic operates as a trader and does not manufacture products.

Returns Policy

Return requests are accepted only under the following conditions:

• Wrong product delivered
• Product damaged during transit
• Manufacturing defect (reported within time)

All issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with proper photo or video proof via WhatsApp.

Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Used or tampered products will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

• Used or opened products
• Consumables such as needles, cartridges, serums, gels, masks
• Combo, kit, or discounted products
• Digital products such as eBooks, PDFs, documents, and courses
• Individual items from combo sets
• Wholesale skin and hair care products (no single piece orders)

Electrical and Beauty Tools Policy

Most beauty tools, machines, and devices are imported and 95 percent manufactured in China. Therefore, no warranty and no guarantee is provided on any machine or electrical product.

• Only 7 days replacement support is available if there is a manufacturing defect.
• After 7 days, no replacement or return will be accepted.
• Any repair or part replacement will be chargeable.

Laser and electrical equipment must be handled by trained professionals. Improper use is not covered.

Skin and Hair Care Product Disclaimer

Sat Aesthetic acts only as a trader for skin and hair care products. We are not responsible for results, reactions, or outcomes.

• Customers must ensure proper usage, patch testing, and professional consultation before use.
• No return or refund is applicable on skin and hair care products.

Replacement Policy

If a product is approved for return, we may provide replacement of the same product based on availability. Replacement is subject to verification and approval.

Refund Policy

• Refund is applicable only if replacement is not possible and issue is approved.
• Refund will be processed within 7 to 10 working days after product verification.
• Shipping charges and COD charges are non-refundable.

Return Process

• Customer may be required to send product to our location.
• Proper packaging is mandatory to avoid damage.
• Return shipping cost may be borne by the customer unless agreed.

International Orders

• Worldwide orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
• Customs, duties, and shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Replacement may be discussed only in special cases.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before processing.

Once order is processed or shipped, cancellation is not allowed.

Final Decision

Sat Aesthetic reserves the right to approve or reject any return, refund, or replacement request after inspection. All decisions will be final.
